01How can you know what my distributor is charging other stores?

Contributing stores upload anonymized invoices to the peer database. We normalize distributor, SKU, size, and route, then compute the median for your metro. You never see another owner's identifying data, and they never see yours — only the aggregate medians.

02My rep will retaliate if I push back on pricing.

We have run this playbook across four hundred stores now. The reps we deal with (McLane, Anheuser, Coke bottlers, Federated) escalate the account internally, not away from it — you are still a route stop, and route stops that renegotiate become route stops the rep tries harder to keep. On the rare pushback pattern, we switch you to a peer distributor at parity.

03Do I need to install anything, integrate my POS, or learn a dashboard?
